New Promoters/Kid Moderators

Hey, bluesweden here.  The toonstunes staff have chosen some kid moderators aka promoters is what they call it. here is a picture of one of the promoters:

as you can see in the Picture that promoters get a badge with a P on it standing for promoters and they also get a cool headgear and a shirt.  Also Frog said that they have a fast teleporting thing where they can transport to places and they also have the powers to view any room and players in it and they can also view all players in a server and they also have something called Promoters chat and it looks something like this:

The other promoters that I know so far are Epic toon, Test, Frog, Help, and Tardis

And here is a picture of a Moderator named Carina:

I was just wondering isn`t woot a moderator? if so, I didn`t see him with a moderator badge.
